Advance Booking for Spain
Hello,
I will be going to Spain next week and am wondering what sites I should book in advance to avoid very long lines. I am unsure to book in advance for museums like Prado/ Guggenheim.
I will be going to several cities in including:
Granada
Seville
Jerez
Cadiz
Cordoba
Salamanca
Madrid
Aranjuez
Alcala de Henares
Leon
Burgos
Toledo
Segovia
Cuenca
Valencia
Barcelona
Palma de Mallorca
Bilbao
San Sebastian
So far, this is my list:
Seville:
Flamenco Show
City Hall Tour
Madrid:
Palace of Linares
Monasterio de las Descalzas Reales
Aranjuez:
Casa del Labrador
Valencia:
Colegio del Patriarca
Barcelona
Palau Musica
Parc Guell
Sagrada Familia
Casa Batllo
Casa Mila
Bilbao
Palacio de la Diputación
Thank you!

Exactly- do you have 7 or 8 weeks for this trip? If not you will have to cut way back on your destinations even assuming some of these places are only brief day trips from a nearby city.
And there are definitely places you should reserve in advance - esp the Alhambra in Granada - which often sells out.

If you have not booked places where you cannot get your money back, I would reconsider that many places in 60 days.
Have you worked out the plane, car, train, bus route? The cost and the time needed to move so many times?

Yep, I have the entire trip planned in terms of transportation. I'm just now worried about the major attractions in those cities that have very long queues.
For example, I hear conflicting things about Picasso Museum in Barcelona or Prado Museum in Madrid regarding how long their wait times are.
What do you all suggest in terms of sites you must book in advance?

Those are great suggestions and once I'm happy to say I had on my list above to book. I was afraid that I may have been missing some major sight that had very long queues but it looks like I may be set. Thank you!
