Ablergo California Positano- GETAROOM.COM Booking

If you have booked a room with this property through getaroom.com you likely DO NOT have a reservation. We are travelling at the beginning of August and had three nights booked at this property through getaroom.com. We read on another site that someone had arrived at the hotel and their getaroom.com booking was not honoured as getaroom.com is not communicating with the property and this has been an issue for three months.

Reading this review we were concerned and contacted both getaroom.com and the property. Sure enough getaroom said we had a reservation and the property said we did not, and they do not deal with third party sites, and that they were full and had no reservation or communication from getaroom.com

Nothing negative on the hotel, everyone was very very friendly, responsive and helpful. Just a general warning to travellers who may have similar reservations to get them resolved.
