We are attending the Olympics Aug 3-6th. We would like to visit Paris. Can anyone recommend an itinerary. We are traveling with 2 children (9 and 14). I think our 14 year old would be interested in also visiting a famous World War 2 site. any suggestions. They also mentioned Paris Disney (YIKES). We are not big tour takers. We like to see things on our own. Places we would like to see:
Stonehenge, Eiffel Tower, Mona lisa, Famous World War 2 site. It would also be fun to stay in a castle - ANY IDEAS?
We are planning to stay for 10 days. Also if there are any other events or festivals during this time that someone would recommned attending. thanks
8 day Itnerary during the Olympics

Di you actually have tickets to the Olympics or are you just traveling at the same time?
Are you unable to think of any famous WWII sites in France?
Go to your B&N and troll through some guidebooks. Bring the kids. Spend some time looking and then try to figure out what interests you and what is geographically feasible.
And how can we suggest itineraries if we don't know your interests? Perhaps a useful travel website like Fodors or Fr*****s or L***ly Pl**et will have ideas. Like this: http://www.fodors.com/world/europe/france/paris/itineraries.html
OK --I'm a little confused? Does the 10 days include your 4 days at the Olympics? Or - do you have 10 days for France? Or do you want to see a bit of England and just a few days in France?
Why not lay it out w/your arrival day, departure day, and what places you've booked already (if any)
