Buenos Aires and the far south in Argentina.
We used Lost World Adventure to arrange.
Unforgettable!

Second Istanbul (we went in May so no idea about weather in November).

We were in Buenos Aires in November a couple of years ago and it was gorgeous (their spring).

Last November we went to Barcelona and are returning this year. Next year we hope to be in Bologna for Thanksgiving if we don't get there in the spring.

We've also spent Novembers in London, Paris, Rome, Nice and Germany (Troyes, Rothenburg ob der Tauber). It's a great time to travel if you don't mind cooler weather and less crowds. Looking forward to the replies you get here for ideas for future trips for us.

Istanbul sounds good. I associate the word 'adventure' with this place

I've also been to Lyon in Novemebr and it was nice. More of a culinary adventure.

I suppose a lot depends on what you like to do and enjoy.

I can return again and again to Paris, Rome, Venice and London and enjoy each visit and find plenty to explore and experience in 7 days.

How about a week in the Tuscan, Umbria or Piedmont countryside? Rent a car and explore from one base. There is a great truffle festival happening in November, just south of Siena in the town of San Giovanni d'Asso.

Dijon? Montpellier? Bologna (with day trips)? Turin?

I was in Istanbul 3 weeks ago. Lots to do! Another place that surprised me as a fun destination was Jordan, with a day trip to Petra.
