6 hour layover at Dublin airport

My DH and I will be flying back from Amsterdam on Aer Lingus with a layover from 10am til 4pm. I've read that some airports have guided tours right from the terminal for folks who want a quick overview of the particular city they are in-does anyone know if Dublin's airport has such tours? Or could we take a taxi into center and try a hop-on-hop-off bus. I see that the bus route takes about 90 minutes. Ideally, I should have booked an overnight in Dublin, but, oh well, I didn't! Would 6 hours be long enough time to squeeze something in, or should we just find a pub and leave it at that? Thanks!
