I've got a 5h layover in Helsinki (11am -3pm). What is there to do in Helsinki airport? Is there lounges that one can *buy* access to (I don't have enough miles on any frequent flier card to gain access to any)? Wireless network, cost?
Or is 5h enough time to have a stroll through Helsinki (luggage will be checked through) for some nice lunch.

Five hours is enough to have a lunch in town. Finnair bus leaves from in front of the terminal. There are also regular busses, but they stop when people get out on the way. Finnair bus takes you next to the railway station which is in the center.
Stroll towards south and central market place. If it is before noon you can have an al fresco lunch there wathing people shopping fish, vegetables and so on.
