4 days trip to Barcelona
Hello guys, i need help on building my itinerary for our short Barcelona trip in early September. I am traveling with two other friends and on a budget.
I need suggestions on things to do, places to see, food to eat, etc. I would love to hear your experiences and learn from it so i can apply it on my upcoming trip. Let me know stuff i shouldnt miss while in Barcelona. Thanks in advance!

A guidebook or two should prove very useful, or click on "destinations" at the upper right of this screen, or search some of the many trip reports that cover Barcelona, or search this forum for postings about it....
It's a great city!

Given how much there is to do in Barcelona you're going to fill up those four days fast, but it's going to full of fantastic experiences - trust me!
I take it you've already found accommodation? If not, the further you stay outside of the centre the cheap things get, so don't be afraid of the distance to the centre. Walking distance is pretty much nothing, and if you're not interested in walking then the public transport options are pretty viable.
What kind of things are you in to?
Are you looking to do whilst you're there? Understand your on a budget so maybe my list of three things to do will help?

Failing that there's always a tonne of things to do inside of the Wikitravel page for Barcelona:

Again, if you tell us what interests you and your friends have we can help you further to find more budget-friendly things to do!
Ciao, Dale

Hello dale thanks for the response. Im love historical places. I sure will be joing a free walk tour with neweurope like i did in prague and paris. I did get a few great ideas from here in the past that people have experienced and most books fail to mention. I love steet foods as well... I like eating fancy if it is really good. I love to shop for souvenirs as well. And go to pubs at night. If u have more ideas please do share. Thanks.
