3 nights post cruise need city options

Jump to last reply

We arrive in port from a cruise in Stockholm on Sat 7/14 and have 3 nights before our next pre-booked destination (Frankfurt). We have considered Berlin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, ?? other city ideas

During this trip we have a cruise to Riga, Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Visby, Gadnake then n the ground time in Tallinn, Frankfurt and Vienna. We have previously been to Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg City.

We are considering costs from the chosen city to Frankfurt and overall cost of the hotel / food in the city. I have read that Copenhagen is very expense for food - but I have also read other posts that less expensive options do exist via grocery shops, food carts, off the beaten path, etc.

We are two adult traveling with no kids and enjoy shopping and crafts / items made locally and just seeing a city like a local with food, etc.

any suggestions greatly appreciated.
