3 days in Paris, 3 days in Barcelona. HELP!!!

We are spending 3 days in Paris and 3 days in Barcelona the last week of MAY. We are in our mid-30s and we have never being to Europe and would appreciate any info on just about everything. We only have our air tickets but nothing else. Please help on hotels, restaurants, transportation, attractions, nightlife, where to go, what to do and
where not to go and what not to do in both cities. HELP!!!. THANKS TO ALL:-)
