28 day Itinerary

Feel free to tell me I'm nuts ;) My husband is currently deployed (military) so this trip is my reward for surviving the first half!

I know this trip has me backtracking in the middle but I couldn't really figure a way around it since Paris/Mosel are with a friend and are non-negotiable. After she leaves it will must be me and my 2yr old daughter. To make it even more fun I will be 6 1/2 months pregnant! Luckily DD does great in Europe and my pregnancy has been very easy! This is my third time to Paris & second to Rome....first time to the other cities. Im not planning on making a huge list of "must-sees" or doing lots of daytrips. I am more planning on relaxing & enjoying the culture with DD. We will be staying mostly in apartments instead of hotels. All via train except for Bruges - Rome which will be Ryanair.

Paris (8 nights) - First 3 nights are waiting for friend & give DD time to adjust to jetlag!
*Sept 11-19
Cochem (5 nights)
*Sept 19-24
Amsterdam (4 nights)
*Sept 24-28
Bruges (3 nights)
*Sept 28-Oct 1
Rome (4 nights)
*Oct 1-5
Florence (4 nights)
*Oct 5-9

I've given DD & I a budget of around $90/day for food/sightseeing. Do you think this sounds about right? Obviously I won't be drinking wine or beer (and I don't like cokes.....only coffee & water). I'm thinking there won't be many sit down meals with DD so mainly just picnics or grab-n-go type things.
