2 Week Honeymoon in Europe
My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon which is coming up the end of May and are looking for a bit of feedback. We'll most likely be flying in to London as it is by far the cheapest ticket we've found, and my fiance has never been there and is very interested in spend a couple of days there. After that we're at a bit of a loss. We don't want to go to France, Italy, Switzerland, or Germany (we've both spent a decent amount of time in those four countries and are looking for something new for the honeymoon).
We're thinking about maybe hopping on Easy Jet or Ryan Air and going to Barcelona for a few days and then over to Lisbon before heading back to London and flying out. We've also tossed around the idea of Croatia. Well, I'VE tossed around the idea of Croatia, but he's not terribly interested in that, maybe you all could help me sell him on it
Any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated!

I like the Spain &/or Portugal idea. Two weeks is plenty of time to visit a couple places, especially if you fly, using London as your beginning and end for the flights. I see no reason to limit yourself to the UK.

Splitting time between London and Barcelona sounds good. A 3rd country seems too busy. There's plenty to explore in Barcelona and along the coast. I think it would be a good honeymoon location.
Or London and Lisbon. You'd have enough time for another Portugal city perhaps.
Also be aware that those cheap airlines tend to fly out of Gatwick or Stansted, which are an hour away by train. Although there is the London City Airport, and it has Barcelona as a destination.

Check multi-city flights. It's less hassle, less time consuming and often no more expensive to fly into one city and out of another, especially when you add the cost of getting back to the first city if you do a round trip flight. Fly into London and out of Barcelona rather than doubling back.

Ann Marie makes a good point. Getting from Heathrow to the cheaper airlines at Stansted can be a fairly expensive train ticket especially when taking into account the exchange between british pounds to dollars. And if you come back the same way, you'd need to double that cost.
Also, the schedules of the cheaper airlines won't necessarily line up with what you want -- it may mean an extra night somewhere you wouldn't have chosen to stay.
Along with multi-city, sometimes you'll notice a certain airline will always stop at Heathrow on their way to Barcelona (British Airways for instance). If you notice that, you can look into a 72 hour layover. The layovers are often nothing extra either. But price out the multi-city option first.
