15-day drive around Iceland

Hi. A friend and I are thinking of doing a drive around the ring road of Iceland next summer. It will be our second trip to Iceland (the first was a 3-day stop after a visit to Europe), so we know many of the roads outside of the city are not paved.

We are looking at this company which offers a fly-drive-stay package and was wondering if anyone has used them before.

Also, is 15-days enough time to enjoy some down time from driving? We are not much into hiking, but do enjoy the scenery and opportunities to chat with locals.
