11 days with 80 yr old mom to Prague, CK, Vienna ,Prague, some questions

Im planning 11 days in July, not including air travel days as follows: 4 nights in Prague,( U Prince Hotel) stop over night in CK, Vienna ( Hotel Ambassador)4 nights including a day trip to Melk/Danube river boat trip, Budapest 3 nights(hotel Corinthia)How does that sound?. Should we take a tour like Viator from Prague to CK (i have booked hotel Ruze), or use Mike the Chauffeur, How should we get from CK to Vienna...train or Mike? My mom walks with a cane. she can climb steps slowly. Can we tour CK without going up to the Castle which I understand is a steep climb, or is there no point if we dont go to the castle. We have a private walking tour (whittman tour) for jewish quarter in Prague and Terezin. Do we need tickets in advance for Opera or Symphony in any of these cities. Any other suggestions ? How are the hotels I booked...I can cancel them for no charge. Thanks for any help
