HCP is in the borough of Richmond, not the borough of Kingston. OP recommends a boat trip to it.
OP forgot to mention "Out of Order" by David Mach. I would rather see that than Bentalls.
I assume the markets still take place in Kingston.
Haven't been for many decades so maybe they are no longer taking place.

Maybe the OP did not forget to mention "Out of Order" as that part of Kingston is under development so might not be as visible as it usually is.
The markets are of course still there but the area was redeveloped and the stalls are a more permanent construction. There are alot more street food stalls now. There are plans for Market House to become a pizza restaurant, not sure if those plans were ever approved.
If you want to see deer, you can easily see them in Hampton Court park which ends almost at Kingston bridge, and nearby Bushy Park.

Glad the markets are still there, even if changed somewhat.
I used to love going to Bushy Park, and just walking around. As a kid I used to go on the pond there in a canoe.
I have to admit I wouldn't think of Kingston as a tourist destination, but that's what comes of growing up nearby I guess.
