10 days in London in early December
We are going to London on Nov 29th thru Dec 10... and thinking about maybe heading over to Scotland for the first four days... maybe we should just stay in London ... will the weather hinder plans for Scotland? Is it worth the trip?? Thanks.....!!

See my post on your other thread . . .
If you leave home Nov 29 and fly home on Dec 10 you will have 9.5 days on the ground. You could very easily spend that entire time in London. It is a great time in the city. Or you could spend a week in London and a couple of days somewhere like Bath or Oxford or ??
Get some guidebooks and see what sorts of things interest you.

weather is so critical at these times as is the hours of daylight.
If I were doing it, I'd spend a couple of days say in York or Bath and the rest in London. Being in a city means you can scamper inside if it rains. I might consider Edinburgh but probably not go.
If you book train tickets now they will be cheap, look at seat61.com for an overview
