10 days in Ireland! Ready? Shoot.

Just looking to gather info from the general public on what I should add to my Ireland itinerary. I would like to stray away from tourist traps that really aren't worth it, but that is hard to figure out by just googling. I am interested in beautiful sights, but most of all EXPERIENCES. I don't mind paying extra money for things like a weaving demonstration/class, riding horses, catching my own fish (I don't even know if those kinds of activities are even possible or offered, but I'm just throwing out examples). Hit me with your best experiences and activities! Thanks!
