1 week in October: South of France, S. of Italy, or Sicily

Jump to last reply

We will be in London in October 2012, and I want to add a week to this journey. We had two weeks in England in May/June, and a week in Paris in November, and I am looking for something different.

It isn't that hard to get a discount flight from London to any of the places I've mentioned.

We have spent a decent amount of time in Paris, but not seen too much more of France.

We have spent a good deal of time in Italy, but never Puglia, Calabria or Sicily. I'm also thinking of Ischia or the Cilento; we have not visited those places.

I would love to hear from travelers that have been to any of these places in October. We will be in London until about the 16th, then have a week for another location.

Opinions and suggestions are welcome.
