1 week in Croatia

Jump to last reply

Myself and a friend plan to spend 7 days in Croatia in end of July, we know it will be the height of the tourist season but would appreciate any advice of where to visit and how long to spend in each place, we have looked on numerous travel sites and there is so much choice!
We will fly into and out of Dubrovnik or Split (yet to be booked). We are both keen to enjoy some culture, see some of the islands, go to the beach, maybe fit some scuba diving and other water activities, enjoy some good food and ambiance. From reading on some travel sites 1 week might not be enough but due to work constraints 7 days in Croatia is all we have.

Thanks very much in advance for any tips/ideas/itineraries.
