1 day Cooking Class in Bologna

Does anyone have a recommendation for a great 1 day class for home cooks (not professional chefs) that I could attend when on my 10-yr anniversary trip next Spring? We are also going to be in Venice, the Lake Region, maybe CT and Italian Riviera, but figured my best bet would be in and around Bologna. Thanks in advance!

Me too I would like to reccomend Blueone in Bologna.
Marcello and Raffaella are very clever and very kind.
A further chance could be Casa Artusi, in Forlimpopoli (cute small town between Bologna and Rimini) where there are several cooking lessons focused also on piadina, our typical basic food.

Guidebook writer recommends these two places where you can stay and do cooking with Italian families, children are welcome.
- www.fontanadelpapa.it in the hills north of Rome, near Civitavecchia port and Etruscan sites . Assuntina has been mentioned in Time and many European magazines & papers precisely for the cooking class they do for children and/or families.
If you are in Umbria check out Letizia and her home cooking www.madonnadelpiatto.com in the hills above Assisi. Children are welcome and there is a little girl in the tri-lingual family .
