Windstar Nice to Rome May 25, transortation from Port to Fiumicino Airport

Anyone out there on this cruise? We'd love to hear from you. Also, we are looking to share ground transportation from Civativecchia Port to Rome/ Fiumicino. Apparently this transportation is quite expensive for just two people! And with baggage, the public transportation is quite a schlep.
