which cruise in early January?

Trying to gather info. Which cruises (prob. going early Jan) would be nice weather, interesting ports and calm seas. Thinking about it but what options do we have at that time of year with above priorities? Thanks

Hi,

What about a Hawaii cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line? What about a cruise to Tahiti with Princess, Windstar, or Radisson? What about a Southern Caribbean cruise out of Puerto Rico with Holland America, Princess, Crystal? What about a Disney cruise, which is a great experience for adults, to the Western or Eastern Caribbean; their private island in the Bahamas is to die for?

Have a great day!

Look at WINDSTAR LINES and look at their ships in Caribbean and Tahiti...
Good weather in both places...

We have cruised in late Jan. The seas are generally calm this time of year. The warmest islands are the Southern Caribbean Islands. You would fly into San Juan,Puerto Rico. The further south the warmer. I do not know about the cruises in Tahiti as I have never been on one. I am sure it is beautiful and also warm this time of year.

Friends returned from Tahiti, said never again.Maybe at resorts, but never cruising. We opt for W Caribbean or Southern in January. It can be cool in Miami, but after that ot's fine.

Why did they say never again to Tahiti? Just curious to know the reason why.
