The ships do not sponser parasiling since it can be dangerous.

If you wish to go just ask a taxi driver to take you to a site.

Be forwarned, the natives that operate these flights are not licensed and they will take you up if it is windy. You may be injured or killed. Watch the wind.

Paul

No more. They have experienced liability issues.

The natives will continue to run the flights but you will be warned by the ship that you are on your own.

I hate to be the person of doom since it is a great experience. Just keep our eye on the wind. You will be fine otherwise.

Paul

Paul,

I was on Explorer of the Seas last week (Dec. 8 - 15) and IT was an option that you could book through RCCL for Labadee. My friend did this - he was on the first tender because he had this booked through RCCL. I have the sheet with the pricing in front of me, etc. . .

Paul ----Maybe you should stick to responding to things you know about. It was clear that Theresa knew that RCCL had it and you called her a liar. If you haven't cruised recently on that crusie, don't comment on the post. You are posting invalid information.

I know they had the shore tour in the past and I spoke to the director of shore excursions as to why it was eliminated and he stated above. There was also a press release listing the dangers.

The excursion was not listed the last time I visited Labadee.

You peaked my curiosity. I am looking at the Royal Caribbean "Shore Excursion Guide" sitting in front of me at this moment. The tour is not listed. Please look at the one you received with your documents and tell me it it listed.

Don't blame me if they start, stop and start these tours.

And Kara, if you think you know more about the industry .... you start replying to these posts and don't be so rotten. I do not call anyone a liar.

Paul

Paul,

I received my shore excrusion book 3-4 weeks ago for my cruise Dec 8-15th (booked it at the last minute). It is listed on page 79 of the shore excursion book. It is also listed on RCCL's web page.

As I stated, I was just there last week and I know several people who went through the cruise line.

They do have it - I was just there!
