Visa requirement for a trancanal cruise

Hi all, I am looking at trancanal cruise options, probably starting Los Angles and ending in Tampa/Miami.

I only have US multiple entry visa, and holding a Malaysian passport. Do I need to obtain separate visas for the ports of call, they are in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatelama, Colombia and obviously, Panama.

If I am visiting those countries via flight, currently the only visa-free country for Malaysians is Colombia. Apparently, Panama also has special provision for cruise "passengers" doing a trancanal cruise.

Any advise to the above or visa contacts for the countries named that I can reach out would be much appreciated!
