We are considering booking airfare and a land/cruise in Portugal/Spain through Vacations To Go. Is this a reliable agency? Any and all comments are appreciated.

We have booked two cruises in the past with them and had no problems whatsoever. The price was right and we received the documents in plenty of time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I have found them to be professional and reliable for routine things. My impression is that they have a decent reputation.
However, I will say that when there was an issue with the vendor I was travelling with (significant itenerary change) I felt they weren't very aggressive in being my advocate or getting clarity on the situation. But, frankly, I doubt you would get that from any online agency.
My husband and I have booked over 5 cruises with VTC and have been pleased with their prices and "online service" You can't really beat their "deals".
I always book with Christopher at Vacationstogo.com whenever using them. they have great deals and Christopher always goes the extra mile for me regardless of any concerns. He is one of the supervisors there so maybe that's got something do do with it. he is at extension #7242
I have used Vacations To Go for 3 cruises. I am leaving on one this Sat. on Holland America to the Mexican Riviera. My son and did a New England Cruise in Sept. with them. One planned in Sept. to the Mediterranean. Susan Branton extension 7383 has helped us with each cruise. Very prompt and professional and willing to help with suggestions and questions.
