Planning a trip on Voyager - Monte Carlo to Athens in Oct. Dressy attire? Suit for my husband? Every night or are there more casual choices. Also, where to stay one night in Monte Carlo? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have good friends who will be on this same cruise with you. The Voyager is a fabulous ship! As for dress, I would imagine you will have one formal night, 1-2 informal and the rest country club casual. They may mix this around but most of your evenings will be casual (usually the days in port are always casual). There is the LaVeranda restaurant that is more of an Italian Steakhouse which is always casual so if you don't want to take dressy clothes, this is always an option. Signatures is always informal so to eat there you will need a suit and tie. There's no reason to bring a tux for your husband, a dark suit will work fine.
As for a hotel, I hear rave reports (from friends I really trust) about a quaint place in Nice (I'm assuming that's where you'll be flying into). It's an easy taxi ride from Nice to Monte Carlo where you'll board. This is their website:

You're really going to be spoiled on the Voyager, it's my favorite ship.
