Seabourn Pride packing?

First time cruiser. Heading to Dover for a 14 day cruise starting on June 4th..Baltic discovery and Russia finishing in Stockholm on the Sebourn Pride. Coming from Australia I have NO idea what to pasck!! How cold/hot? Anyone able to help me. Thanks, Nettie
