Royal Caribbean Line

I just want to share that I booked a cruise with them yesterday through cruise.com I had to cancel this today, nearly $2K was on my credit card. I won't go into the reasons why but I called and they gave me a 100% refund to my relief!!! It was within a 24 hours timeframe so perhaps that is why. I am feeling very relieved to say the least.

If that is in the terms of the contract they are obliged to do that but still it's good to hear they were quick to take care of the problem. However I advise to get travelers insurance as if you have to cancel into the to time frame where penalties occur you are covered.

jacketwatch, I also had obtained that as well as I know children can become sick easily without warning.

Perhaps it all ended up well as this was for the Bahamas and I see there are all ready hurricanes/tropical storm developing. I would imagine in mid early July the waters would still be somewhat choppy. Perhaps not a great cruise experience for a child. Thanks.

Better luck next time. Maybe a Disney cruise would be good for your kids and their ratings are very good too.

I had looked at a Disney cruise and the price was nearly double the RC. Maybe if I tried earlier to book then several weeks I would have found a better rate.

Actually I hear they are quite high. We are not in the market for one but I do know they are pricey.
