I wouldn't count on it. The dock and the airport are a distance apart and through city trafic. Actually, I wouldn't be sure if you can make a 9:35 Am fight if you were at the airport at airport at 7.

The transfer will take about 30 minutes, but I'd allow 45 just in case. At the airport, you have to go through an agricultural inspection before checking in for the flight. While it's quite likely you can get an early departure from the ship, I would not be comfortable with a departure before 10:30 myself.
