RCCL Voyager of the Sea to Mediterranean 7 nights cruise questions

Hi all,

09/30 7 nights.

This will be our first ever cruise trip!

Questions:
1. I don't see the information regarding formal dinner (like number of dinners). Where can I find it? I think I have to wear suit for those formal dinners. So you guys bring a carry-on bag just for suit all the way to Europe?

2. Money. We don't want to bring too much US $ cash, wanna use ATM to withdraw Euro in destination. Is it a good idea? How much is the fee?

Thanks a lot!

Oh, one more question.

For our cruise, what's the best time for dinner, ' FIRST REQUESTED'?

Thanks.

Fees differ depending on where you do the withdrawal. Perhaps your bank can recommend? I also use ATMs for cash withdrawals in Europe. It is imperative you notify your credit card company that you are travelling so that they will not shut off your card.

Voyager has two formal nights. One suit with two shirts. My SO has a suitcase with a fold out for suits, pants, etc. Otherwise, I would carry if you do not have multiple connections.

I strongly suggest late dining or you will be rushing back to the ship and it is not worth it.

Thanks.

what time is the 'late dining'? Some people said that the 'first requested' dining is at 8:30PM on Voyager of the Sea. Is it true?

Thanks.

8:30 would be late, or second dining. The first is usually at 6:00 or so.

There are 4 seating times in the Med, 8:30 and 9pm are your late dining options.
