Oceania dinner attire

Hubby and I are taking a 12 day mediterranean cruise September 9. All the brochures say country club casual, etc. Does hubby need a jacket and tie for dinner or will slacks, open collar dress shirt be appropriate? I don't want to pack any more than we actually need to take but don't want him to appear under dressed. Thanks!
