Need info about Windstar cruise to Med.

Would like to take a Windstar cruise to the Greek Islands.
Where would I get the best price for this cruise? I would be willing to book a year in advance if this is how. Or is there a set fee whether you book through Windstar, a travel agent or web site specializing in cruising?
What is the flight route? We would be flying out of Newark Airport and would like to use my Continental flier miles (if that is even possible these days) but need to know by what route I can to reach my destination of Athens and what flights we need to take to get home from Turkey.
Any suggestions about precruise hotels or should I let Windstar take care of this even if they are more expensive?
What ever info you can give me would be of great help. Thanks so much.
