NCL Loses all our reservations

It's before our Bermuda cruise and by chance I decided to check on all of our dinner reservations, shore excursions and shows. Good thing, because as it turns out NCL has lost ALL of our dinner reservations, but 1, and all of our shows, but of course none of our excursions (because we PAID for those!). We called and eve though we spent 1/2 an hour with them, they insisted that there was nothing they could do and that we have to wait until we are on board to make new reservations, which we all know means crappy dinner times, and, of course, the show times will be all booked up! This is our 1st experience w/ NCL and we have vowed NEVER to cruise with them again! POOR customer service!!!! What a bad start!!!!
