We are interested in a transatlantic cruise on the Poesia in April 2013. We found the cruise on repositioningcruise.com but not on the MSC website. I wondering if the trip is a sure thing or why is it not listed on the cruise lines webiste? Has anyone found anything like this in there searches?
I've reach the cruise critics comments and although we have cruised 4-5 times, the comments seem split. We are mainly interested in the food and oceanview room accommodations. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

Venice cruise with the line ok not great but great for price.
My friend took a group cruise with MSC to Canada/New England in the fall. She was extremely disappointed. She reports the crew were rude and unresponsive to simple requests. Her cabinmate tripped either going in or out of the bathroom, and again the crew member and medical personnel were rude and unconcerned. The group were not able to sit together when dining, and she and her tablemates were actually seated behind some sort of partition and could not even see the rest of the diners. There were other complaints, but I don't want to make this any longer. I'm getting the info. 2nd hand, so I didn't personally see or experience any of it. Just reporting what she told us.
Have now been reading all the forums. Some questions: smoking areas: are there any or do people smoke all over the ship?
Beverages: read there is no free water, no free tea or juice. Get one free bottle of water in room per day only, otherwise you need to pay. Is this corret?
It is a European cruise line - yes, smoking is prevelent everywhere. have you read the reviews on cruisecritic.com?
