Do we need to bring our own shampoo and soap? Silly but obviously important question.

We went on a Carnival cruise recently and they had soap and shampoo. We had a suite, so not sure if that makes a difference..
We even had a basket of "goodies" such as a razor etc in our bathroom
Yes they have shampoo and soap in a dispenser in the shower but we always bring our own. You will get a very nice oval soap for use washing hands and face. I put my Olay soap and my husband's Dial in a zip lock bag with our toiletries.
I find two of the little shampoo bottles you get in a hotel is fine for washing my hair every day on a 7 day cruise. We just don't like the shampoo or soap you get out of the dispenser.
No. They have eevrything just like a typical hotel. However, if you ahev allergies, you may want to bring your own.
