I have a 7 year old and he has the tendency to get "car sick" if he plays his game boy while we are driving. He says that he is dizzy or nauseous. I am not sure if I should just take him on the cruise and not say anything to him or find a medication he can take. He has never cruised before and I need feedback from others who may have had this same issue. Thank you!!!!

Suggestion; Take him to the doctor to get the Patch (is it for kids???)or a medication the dr. recommends. Let your child know that it is to help him play his game on the way to the cruise (whether in the car or the plane). The truth. That way you will have it if he needs it on the ship without putting the idea in his head that the cruise might make him sick.
Good luck!!
I would never take a child that gets motion sickness on a cruise. Why take the chance? There are plenty of land vacations where everyone could enjoy themselves. Sea sick pills, the patch etc will not guarantee one will not get sick.
