Is there a service like Priceline Name Your Own Price for cruises?

Friends want to do a cruise in March and figure they might be able to take advantage of Priceline style bargain where you can name your own price (usually unbooked inventory) and get a real steal. I steered them toward Cruise Compete, but am not aware of anything like what they want. Anyone heard of this? Thanks!

I think they might be better off finding a specific cruise they want and then going to at least two-three different discount sites and pricing it there.

www.skyauction.com bids cruises good personal experience...

www.vacationsto go.com great discount deals 70% off no bid.

www.priceline.com has great discounts sometimes but

does not bid cruises like hotels(yet).

Happy Hunting,

I've booked my last 4 cruises from an agency from my request on cruisecompete.com. They throw in lots of extras like prepaid gratuities and shipboard credits if they really want to sell you a cruise. From now on, it's the only way I'll book a cruise in the future.
