Is the food quality generally the same on different ships in the same line?

I'm having a hard time comparing Baltic cruises. Sometimes, the food on the Norwegian star is criticized.

We have sailed on the Norwegian pearl, and thought the food was fine. If we stay on Norwegian, but on a different ship, can we expect the food quality to be about the same?
