We're planning to take the Royal Clipper (Star Clipper Cruise Line) transtlantic from Rome to Barbados in October. Has anyone out there done this before? We've been on Star Clipper before, but not the Royal nor a thansatlantic.
Opinions please.
Has anyone done a transtlantic on the Royal Clipper?

Have you been to the www.cruisecritic.com Boards? There might be some useful info on it. I have never cruised on this line but I have done an Indian Ocean repositioning cruise and I can tell you it was wonderful if you like to just be at sea.
Did you do this trip on Royal Clipper and how was it? Were the 9 days at sea too long? Was it a full ship? Did you consider any other ships and if so, which ones and why did you choose the Royal clipper? Thanks for your help.
