I'm really excited for my cruise in Freburary — it's the nice little break I needed.
I was looking at a way of gettinmy family to and from the cruise. I live in Tampa and the cruise leaves from there.
It looks like I could park my car at a port of tampa parking lot or this one.
The cost is high, and I'm comparing costs to a car, but what other options do i have?
How did you guys get yourselves and all of your stuff to your cruise?

If Supershuttle operates in Tampa, they offer cruise port transfers. Or just take a taxi. I guess you need to compare costs. If you live in Tampa proper I can't imagine parking is much different than a taxi or van service round trip.
Do yourself a favor - since you live locally get a local car service to drive you to/from the cruise ship dock. You don't have to worry about where to park your car or leaving it unattended for the duration of the cruise, you won't have to schlepp any luggage from the parking spot to the dock as you'll be left off right right at the entrance where the baggage handlers will take the luggage from your driver. On your return the car and driver will be waiting for you when you disembark. No matter how much the cost differential is between driving/parking your own car vs. using the car service you'll find the ease and convenience is worth every penny.
