Probably around 10am or after the last deck is called.The lowest deck, 1 or A, is last deck called to disembark. You can go to the purser's desk and ask for that color luggage tag then you know where your luggage is. Some Carnival piers hav a carosel like airports and they use them again after one luggage tag color has picked up luggage. Then another color tag is put on it.
