Death on Halong Bay - Sunken boat

It's not so much later after my article about Halong bay Junk or Junk ( http://www.vietvaluetravel.com/blog/2011/01/16/junk-or-junk/ ) to advice travelers should careful and how to chose a good agent or boat. This can be seen as the worst disaster of the tourism industry in Vietnam in particular and international in general . Please put your own safety in TOP priority.
An overnight boat trip on Halong Bay has turned into a nightmare, claiming the lives of 12 tourists from 9 different countries.

Following the news after investigation, the boat was sunk coz by mechanical problems. Otherwise, Truong Hai 06 ( board number of Truong Hai cruise company ) has not a good prepare and this company is very cheap boat.
Crews was arrested for more investigation and up to 10 year in jail if they are related
