I've used cruisequick 4 times and only had problems once when they had our group seated all over the dining room. I usually start at cruisecompete and see if they can beat cruisequick, but usually nobody can. However, I used a cruisecompete agency and got free travel insurance.

I don't think CruiseOne.com is a single agency--I think it's a network of independent agency owners who pay fees to the Cruise One organization (it's a franchise-type operation). While I'm sure there are standards, the service you get will probably depend on which franchise you deal with.
I would expect higher prices from CruiseOne than CruiseQuick. CruiseQuick has a very good reputation for price & service (once you accept that they won't talk to you on the phone--they only work via e-mail).
However, I would second the vote for trying CruiseCompete.com before you buy. At this site a number of agencies give you competing quotes and you can pick the lowest one (or not, if you have a better deal elsewhere).
Good luck!

i used cruisequick a number of times. the most recent time, several days ago, was a complete failure. i think the email agent might have been new and she screwed up (Liz), then dug her hole deeper and was completely useless. she was dishonest. the other times i used them i had good experiences (with Ray). i just booked with cruise compete and loved the hole idea of it. i ended up with a very good price and free insurance.

We've booked with a couple of different online agencys in the past and never had a problem. I was impressed with cruisequick but they are not always the cheapest. (Usually but not always). I would go with whoever has the best price.
I will speak to cruisequick service! I booked a 12 night Galaxy Panama Canal cruise for $812 pp total..category 12. (The best price I could find anywhere..this was 1+ years ago). Then I read a horrible review of someone's experience in a Galaxy cat.12 cabin..noise, vibration, you name it! I emailed cruisequick and asked them if I could please be upgraded even one category and that I would gladly pay the additional cost. Well, I waited on pins-and-needles for 2 days and was notified that I had been upgraded to a category 9 at no additional cost. So if I were booking online again, I'd have no qualms about using cruisequick!

I also had a nice experience using Cruisequick working with Ray. He was always very quick to return emails.I remember that I was pleasantly suprised that he had returned an email on Christmas Eve..I did quite a bit of shopping before I booked, though.
