My wife and I are going to do a Northern Lights cruise and we could use some help from those who have gone on them. There are a lot of outfitters out there, of course all saying they are the best. And location.....we're thinking of Greenland or Norway.
Best Northern Lights cruise?

I hope you realize that you will be cruising in the Northern Climate, in the middle of the winter months (December, January or Februry) in sub-aero weather, in a small ship,
Originating from Norway on a 4 to 5 day cruise would be a far better choice than Greenland. At least you are clsoer to civilization before and after, plus it is easy to travel to the starting point.
There is also no guarantee that you will see any Northern Lights plus it would be expensive ($1,200 US pp and up).
You may want to look into fjordtravel, which specialize in Norway travel.
