Have you gone to Cruise Critic and looked for a rollcall?
To perhaps further clarify Dreps' response - www.cruisecritic.com has a forum ("board") for each cruise line. In addition to those forums, they have a group of separate forums where posters can list a specific cruise sailing and exchange information, or arrange tours, with other individuals sailing at the same time. This group of forums are called the "Roll Call" threads. You have to register with CC in order to access a roll call. There is no fee to register. So register and then look for a roll call thread under Silversea that matches your sailing date for the Silver Whisper. If there isn't one, you can initiate the thread. CC is a great source of info.
By-the-way, you'll love St. Petersburg. We sailed there last summer on Azamara and arranged our private tours with fellow passengers through CC.
