Hey...I used them for two vacations so far. The first one was on an Alaska Cruise on holland America and they did a really good job. My second trip was a Mexican Riviera cruise on the Norwegian Star over New Years...I booked the first one with an agent and the second one was booked online. They've been around for a while, so I feel pretty comfortable dealing w/ em.
Hope this helps you out...

I am using them for a Christmas cruise this yr. I have always used a travel agent for making plans. Glad to see at least one good review. The agent who is handling my trip is very effecient & knowledgeable. I will let you know how it proceed. Realize this comment is WAY past first dated ones.
