Acapulco, Ixtapa and Manzanillo

Taking parents on cruise to Mexican Riviera and am wondering about the accessibility to the La Quebrada area to view the cliff divers. I don't need wheelchair access but am concerned about the number of steps to the viewing area.

Any suggestions on good beach locations where the ocean current is calm enough for a non-swimmer?

Any suggestions for good shore excursions in the three areas that are safe and at a reasonable cost for four adults?

Thanks!
