We want a Caaribbean Island that will work for a family with kids 21 and 19. We'll need daytime activities (snorkling, diving, fishing etc.) and nighttime activities (clubs, casino etc.) that we can do together and seaparately. We've done Jamaica, Cancun and Santa Domingo and a cruise. Is there somthing new under the sun?

No, that's about all there is. I think you've covered it all.
Seriously, you might want to buy a copy of Caribbean Travel and Life and start your research there.
Casinos and clubs will limit your choices considerably. Maybe Puerto Rico could be next for you.
Look into St. James Club in Antigua. Antigua has beautiful beaches, water sports and lots of sights to see--we've only stayed at Sandals but I have read that St. James Club has a casino and is a nice property.
Don't miss Shirley Heights on Sunday atop the mountain watching the sun set over the hills and the ocean.
