White river or martha brae raft ride in jamaica?

hi there, can anyone tell me if these 2 raft rides are the same - from what i can gather white river s much closer to ochos rios than martha brae but we really want to get the feel for the forest and which one will we see more local people, animals, birds, etc?
We would rather go to the closer but only if they are comparable! thanks, Debbie
