hi all,
we are thinking of booking at the grenada grand beach resort for march.
which type of room should we choose? Is it worth it to pay extra for beachfront? we are thinking of saving $ by staying in the gardenview rooms. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the deluxe beachfront are not as nice as the beachfront.
Thanks all!
Which room at Grenada grand?

If you are thinking of saving does it matter too much which room type and view you go for as I would assume you would spend most of your time out enjoying the beach and the other amenities Grenada has to offer.
If you haven't been before Grand Anse is fabulous stretch of sand and the hotel is at its edge.
You heard right in my opinion. I have stayed there a few times and found the oceanfront rooms which were originally built when the hotel opened are nicer than the 4 storey deluxe ones. The price is better and the ambience is 200% better. The rooms have been refurbished of course since the '70s.
