I need some advice on which Caribbean Island to choose from for travel in late April. I have looked at so many sites and videos and I feel no closer to a decision than when I started looking.
This is our first trip to the Caribbean and I am in charge of picking a place and am thoroughly confused. We are looking for preferably an all inclusive (no kids would be great but not required) and have around 3-4,000 to spend for the both of us.
We are trying to find somewhere with (of course) amazing beaches, a place with more than two bars and restaurants to choose from. A place that offers a balcony is his requirement.
We don't want a spring breaker's haven, but also don't want something totally secluded as we both like to go out and about. We're not clubbers but do like like to go out. Shopping, , going to the beach, snorkeling, seeing the attractions of the area are important. If anyone could offer any advice it would be much appreciated!

La Romana Paradisus or Dreams properties are awesome.
www.bookit.com good packages.
Happy Hunting,
Mexico, Jamaica and the DR will have the most variety in AI vacations. Other Caribbean Islands will have a limited selection if any.
We've been going to Mexico for the last 10 years. I would suggest The Royal Playa del Carmen, The Iberostar Grand Pariso, Secrets Maroma or ElDorado Maroma.
